A company’s ability to successfully introduce new product and business innovations is critical to sustaining high revenue growth.  However, only a small percentage of innovations actually achieve success in the marketplace.  New product innovations inherently have a high degree of uncertainties, assumptions and risk spanning the market, technology, and the organization.  To achieve success with new product innovation, it is important to skillfully manage the uncertainties and mitigate risks throughout the entire innovation process.

For this live PSN Talkcast, we’ve invited highly experienced practitioners of new product innovation with corporate giant Bayer MaterialScience and seed-stage company investor Innovation Works
to discuss how they deal with the uncertainties of new product innovation. They bring real-world, practitioner experiences and insights from numerous companies and product categories.
