Product Roadmapping Training Workshop

learn-by-doing-callout-imageIssues around time, travel or money?

Many organizations are turning to virtual classrooms as an alternative to the traditional classroom "face-to-face" training. Travel restrictions, time out of office, budget pressures and geographically dispersed employees are common reasons for the adoption of virtual classrooms.

Our Virtual Classroom format brings live instruction to your desktop, in real-time.

For both the virtual classroom and traditional classroom, we design our Product Roadmapping Training Workshop using the basic educational and cognitive principles that underlie all effective teaching and learning. In our workshops, we introduce the concepts, explain the specific mechanics, provide high quality examples to serve as models, and provide the attendees with meaningful engagement and time for hands-on application. Attendees have ample opportunity to practice creating their own product roadmap, get targeted feedback, reflect on their work, and answer targeted questions.

This format features:

  • Live, instructor-led training
  • The same content and instruction as the traditional classroom
  • The same opportunity to ask questions, practice on your roadmap, and to get feedback from the instructor, privately or publicly
  • Small class size limited to 12 attendees from multiple companies
  • Hands-on application to your roadmap at your desktop
  • A one-day, 8-hour workshop with time for breaks and lunch

Our Virtual Classroom provides a high quality, focused training and learning experience. The only difference with traditional classrooms is you don't need to travel (...and you need to take care of your own lunch.)
