In this PSN Web Forum presentation, Dave Jones a Product Manager with Sage Software Healthcare, a producer of healthcare information solutions for medical practices, will share how he has successfully and repeatedly confronted this challenge. About the Speaker - Dave Jones

Dave Jones, a Product Manager with Sage Software Healthcare division, a maker of software solutions for medical practices, has twelve years of experience in product management and development. Currently, he is responsible for Sage's Radiology Information System, Picture Archiving and Communication System, and Document Management System. He also leads a cross-departmental quality improvement initiative focused on improving customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Sage, Mr. Jones was a Senior Product Manager for Misys Healthcare Systems where he held various positions within Product Management, Product Development and Implementation. His earlier positions include Supervisor of Imaging at Charleroi Imaging and as Russian Translator in the US Army.

Mr. Jones is a PSN Member and received his BS degree in information systems from Bellevue University in Nebraska. He is presently pursuing his Master of Science degree in information systems.
