New products are critical to company growth. To get a new product project off the ground with the necessary financial and human resources, a business case needs to be made. If you want company executives and external investors to listen to your ideas, and to make good decisions, then you need to deliver business cases that are compelling, credibile and useful.
In this PSN Forum, we've invited a panel of company executives and new venture investors to discuss how to create and present a business case for new, innovative products. They will share many insights, best practice tips, and traps to avoid from their experiences with evaluating numerous business cases to make investment decisions. You will takeaway proven ideas that you can quickly put to use in your business case development, and avoid the mistakes that could prevent your idea from receiving support.

- What constitutes a credible projection of sales, revenues and returns?
- What are the most common risks with business cases for new products?
