Webcast presentation

The purpose of a product launch is to drive sales and sustain it over time.  A successful launch of a new product or upgrade significantly influences its future success. It can be one of the company's most exciting times and one of its most difficult tasks. Even the biggest companies can fail miserably, leaving the company wondering why they missed their sales goals or failed to support their customers. Success begins with the recognition that a launch is a process, not an event, and creating a clear go-to-market plan with specific measurable goals.

In this Web Forum, Pramod Nemlekar of ECI Telecom, a $700M provider of networking infrastructure equipment headquartered in Israel, will share the details of the systematic process, tools and practices he has used to create successful go-to-market plans and deliver measurable results. He will cover the process of creating the plan, the specific actions in the pre-launch, launch and post-launch go-to-market stages, and managing their execution. He will show how he has integrated and synchronized the efforts with the sales pipeline and measured the results at each stage.
