The workshop is intentionally restricted to a maximum of 20 attendees to allow for the best learning environment. Early registration is encouraged. The workshop fee includes a workbook, case materials, Microsoft Excel-based templates, and continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments. Payment InformationPayment is accepted by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, check (payable to "Product Strategy Network"), or purchase order. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and priority is established by the date of receipt of payment or copy of an approved check request. Payment must be received prior to the workshop. Upon receipt of payment, a confirmation of registration and a PDF receipt for the workshop will be sent to you by e-mail. Cancellations, Refunds and SubstitutionsSubstitutions can be made at any time. Cancellations received in writing up to 5 business days before the workshop will receive a full refund less a $100 registration fee. Registrants cancelling within 5 business days of the workshop will be charged the full fee and given a one-time transfer to a future workshop offering within one year of the workshop date. If the PSN must cancel the workshop, registrants will receive a full refund. Audio or video recording or any other transmission of the workshop is prohibited. |
